We aim to respond within a few business days. To help us help you faster, please include your device model, your operating system version, and a short description of what happened (screenshots are welcome).

Bug reports and feedback

Found a bug or have an idea? Email us at lekau@botshara.co.za. Jargonaut also uses anonymous, pseudonymous analytics (PostHog) and crash reporting to detect and fix problems and improve the App — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions and purchases

Jargonaut Pro and Coins are billed by Apple or Google, not by us directly.

  • Manage or cancel a subscription: use your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds: refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

If something looks wrong with a purchase, email us and we'll do our best to help.

Account and data

  • Delete your account: you can delete your account in the App's settings (Control Panel), or request deletion by email. See our Privacy Policy for what data is removed and how long it takes.
  • Privacy questions: email lekau@botshara.co.za.
